What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason. If you'd like to send unopened, undamaged product back to our warehouse, contact us and we will e-mail you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Print the label, attach it to a carton, and hand it off to your UPS delivery driver or drop it off at any UPS location. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund, store credit, or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
