Any order you place that has a current out-of-stock item will be put into our backorder queue. At that time, the number in which you enter our queue will be the number in which the order will be pulled and shipped once it is back in stock.
If, we are out-of-stock for longer than 20 days, items that cannot be filled will automatically be canceled and will not be billed.
If you prefer not to wait for a backorder, call us at 888-424-4602 and we will promptly refund any out-of-stock items.
